PN25 BS5163 gate valve

TheBS5163 PN25 Metal to Metal Seat Gate Valve simple design makes it one of themost common water works valves in use. It can be applied to both liquid and gasservices, although the ductile iron metal seat gate valve is mostly used inliquid services. The gunmetal seat gate valve with bypass was designedprimarily for on-off service, where the BS5163 ductile iron gate valve isoperated infrequently. It is not recommended to partly open the valve foradjustment of flow rate or emergent pressure relief blow-off.
